Floordeck Bondek
Bondek is a concrete floor coating material as a substitute for wood formwork (plywood). Bondek is also designed to convert the use of iron diameter and convert the thickness of cast concrete. The Bondek Floordeck buckling system (plate wave) is designed while helping the strength of the floor slab cast concrete structure.
Bondek has a thickness that varies from 0.60 mm to 1 mm with a width between 500 mm - 1000 mm effectively installed. Bondek has 2 types of materials commonly used in Indonesia, namely; Zincalume/galvalume Bondek and Galvanized Bondek.
Zincalume products have advantages against rust for decades. Galvanized is not more durable than Zincalume because galvanized cannot repair rust on the bondek plate. If there are rust scratches on the Galvanized Bondek plate, it will spread to other parts faster.
